Connecting your iPhone to the Wireless

To connect to Naropa's wireless network with your iPhone: 

Step 1:
  Go to settings on your iPhone.

Step 2: Click on "Wi-Fi".



Step 3: Make sure that Wi-Fi is toggled on.
 
 

Step 4: You should see "Naropa" as one of the networks. Choose "Naropa" as your network. 

 

Step 5: Your device will prompt you for your login credentials (user name and password).
  • Your username is: firstname.lastname
  • Your password is your Universal / MyNaropa password.



Step 6: It may ask if you want to trust this network. Click "trust". 

Then you're in! If you have consistent problems while attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi, please contact the IT Helpdesk: (303) 245-4609 -- Office hours: 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday or online at http://naropa.desk.com/

Or go to MyNaropa: https://my.naropa.edu/ics and click the link "I forgot my password" to have your password reset and sent to your student email address.
 
*If you reset your password, it can take several hours before the changes are reflected in the wireless authentication system.

Console devices at the SnowLion residence hall must connect to the NarConsole wireless. This includes Xboxes, Playstations, Wiis, Smart TV's, and Kindles or other E-readers. To get a one-time password for your device at SnowLion, submit a new IT request at helpdesk@naropa.edu.
