VPN Instructions For Counseling Interns- MAC Computers

If possible Update your Mac to newest OS.
Reboot your Mac. 

Download and install following

Microsoft Remote Desktop
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-remote-desktop/id715768417?mt=12

Instructions:

VPN Configuration


Connection Name: Naropa:
Description: Blank
Remote Gateway: vpn.naropa.edu
Customized port: 10443
Login: your Intern Account
Certificate: Select your local certificate or none.
You will get following message


Click the top left box that says "Always Trust", Continue. It might ask you for your Local Mac Password to confirm.


Remote Desktop Configuration 



Create New

Name : TitaniumA
IP: 10.96.9.12


Create New Name : TitaniumB
IP: 10.96.9.13

Login: your Intern account

Note: All interns will have to share TitaniumA and B, so if you see someone logged in try the other. If something isn't working correctly, reboot and try again. When you try to connect the first time you will get "Verify Certificate" message
Click on Show Certificate.

Select "Always Trust" 


Confirm with your local machine password.
