Conference Calls

SETTING UP A CONFERENCE CALL 


Your Shoretel phone has a built in conference call feature (shown here):

You can use this key to add other callers to a call while it is in session





The following are instructions on how to create pre-scheduled conference call: 


Step 1:

Open the shoretel communicator application

Step 2:

Click on "Windows" and highlight "Conference Web Portal" 



Step 3:

The Conference Call web portal will open in a new web browser window. Click on the "Add a Conference" hyperlink.



Step 4-5:

Change the conference call options to suit your needs. 

-The phone number is used to call in to the meeting
-The host code is number you will enter when calling in to initiate the meeting
-The participant code is the number you will give to guests to enter when they call in


Call in and start your conference call using the numbers noted above!



Steps 6-7 (optional):

Click on the hyperlink for your created conference to open the web portal for it. This will allow you to monitor who is currently preset on the call
