Contacting IT & Work Requests - Students

The Naropa IT department offers assistance with connecting personal devices to the Naropa wireless network, access to Naropa student email, My.Naropa access, and Lab support.

If you are experiencing a problem with any of the above, or have a general IT question, please submit a new IT request. This ensures that the entire IT department is notified of the issue and can respond to and address the concern as efficiently as possible.

A work request can be created by using the IT Work Request System.  You may also email helpdesk@naropa.edu directly, which will create a new IT Case.  Alternatively, you may leave a message at the IT Helpdesk Line at: 303-245-4609 and a member of the IT team will contact you.
(Please note that phone submissions may go directly to voice mail, and will be addressed at the next available opportunity. )

The IT Department is not able to respond to any technical concerns without a work request. IT requests emailed directly to IT personnel may experience a delay in response, or go un-addressed.
