If you don't know your student email password (firstname.lastname@example.org), email email@example.com with the following information: your student ID number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
IT uses this information to verify your identity when a password reset request comes from a non-Naropa email account. Unfortunately, we cannot reset a password without this information!
If you don't know your MyNaropa password, click on the "Forgot my password" link in the "Password Management" Portlet, or the following link: https://my.naropa.edu/ICS/Home.jnz?portlet=Password_Management
The system will ask for your username; enter your student ID number.
Click the "Send new password" button, and a new password will be sent to your student email address. To change your password, see the following article.
